Yeah, I had trouble coming up with a login name for the forums and somehow yugnip stuck. It's definitely accurate, as my amount of knowledge is certainly the reverse of Pinguy's

Your knowledge will grow with time yugnip so dont' worry about that.

Those icons are Faenza I believe. They are installable through the software center.

These are Faenza Icons. - i believe there is a ppa for these, they go well with docky and elementary theme. and make nautilus elementary look nice too.   (the file browser is default) just hide the the location bar. Docky is also using the 3d background mode.
