CD Case Art Work
« on: September 10, 2010, 12:48:08 am »
Hi jason would it be ok for you to do some art work for a CD cover and CD case?

I need it for On-Disk.com.

Quote
Graphics: On-Disk.com can use your custom graphics or we can create them for you.
We can use:
- A 100x80 pixel product image.
- A (megasize) CD image
- Any screenshot(s)
Images can be of type PNG, JPG, Gif, BMP, or XCF.

This will be for 10.04.1.2
Thanks.

Think so, not to sure. All I know is I need a banner 100x80 and a CD disc, but it wouldn't hurt to have a case front and back.

The images need to be bigger for the CD.

Quote
There is a little problem with the DVD graphic you sent us, it's quite small and really does not look very good when printed on a DVD.  I've attached a exported jpeg of what we have been using so you can see how it looks like.  If you would like to make a new graphic that would be fine, or even if you just want to tell me what font you use and I can match it on the graphic if you would rather not make a new one.  We prefer graphics for discs to be at least 1024x1024.  The larger the image is the better the resolution will be on a printed disc.  We print in photo-quality full color.  I'll continue to use the one we already have until you can submit a new one, or can get back to me with the font you use.

I have added the attached image that was sent to me via e-mail.

More info about graphics.

Thank you for all of your hard work Jason.

how does this look?

Very cool. I like it alot  :)

It's missing one thing tho. This has to be put somewhere on there. http://on-disk.com/images/Logo-orange-reg_150x55.png

Can you do two of these? one with 32-bit on it and one with 64-bit.

ok how about this.

used the two colours from the name to differentiate between 32 and 64.

I read the site with regards to the inserts and it only seems to talk about custom inserts.  So do they normally provide a basic insert or does this come in a floppy wallet?
